When the character reaches Level 30, the first character record of Princess Momiji titled “The Seal of Maple Island” can be unlocked. This dungeon is the starting point of high-level challenging content, and the point where most adventurers get stuck is Stage 1-4 due to the brutal self-explosion mechanism of the fire element.
💎Preparation Before Entering the Dungeon (Very Important)
- Elemental Crystals: Prepare Water Elemental Crystals for all team members (using pure water crystals is best).
- Adjusting Character Stats: Since the system allows free stat resets before level 40, it is recommended that main attack classes (archers, axe warriors) or support classes temporarily allocate points to Strength to increase health and survival chances.
- Choosing Pets:
- ❌Not Recommended: Pets with low health and fragility.
- ✅Highly Recommended: “Slime”, due to its high strength, durability, and the random talent to restore 25% health to allies on the brink of death when hit by physical damage, plus it can be used effectively until the late game.
- Recommended Team Composition: 1 Priest, 1 Curse User, 3 Attackers.
⚔️In-Depth Strategy to Clear Stage 1 – 5
🌪️Stage 1: Wind Element
Highlight: Focus on using status control skills to disrupt the team.
Strategy: This stage is not too difficult; use counter-control curses or focus on quickly taking down targets one by one.
💧Stage 2: Water Element
Highlight: Can resurrect fallen allies.
Strategy: Focus on dealing damage to kill enemies simultaneously or use immobilization curses to prevent them from casting resurrection spells.
🪨Stage 3: Earth Element
Highlight: Attacks a single target, with 8 meteors falling on the same member each turn.
Strategy: Have the left-side pet use and alternate with Holy Shield to absorb and mitigate massive damage on behalf of the character.
🔥Stage 4: Fire Element (Quite Difficult)
Highlight: The 10 fire element monsters will start self-exploding in round 4, with the condition that if they have 50% or more health remaining, they will explode immediately (the power of 3 simultaneous explosions can wipe the team!).
🚨Resurrection Strategy to Clear the Stage:
- Change all team crystals to Water Element to reduce damage taken and increase attack power against the enemy element.
- Do not attack randomly: Everyone should attack the fire element in the column directly in front of them (the same column) to distribute damage evenly.
- Main attack classes (e.g., archers) should use high-power single-target skills to lower the health of the fire element in front of them below 50% before round 4 to prevent self-explosion.
- Curse users should use Mass Confusion on them, as this stage has a 35% bonus to the success rate of confusion spells (confused targets cannot self-explode).
🌪️💧🪨🔥Stage 5: Mixed Elements
Highlight: Combines monsters from all four elements together, facing wind element status control, meteor rain from earth element, water element resurrection, and fire element self-explosion all at once.
🛡️Step-by-Step Strategy:
- First Round: Have the curse user use Mass Confusion on one water element as the center, while other team members focus on attacking and killing the other water element that is not affected by the status.
- If the curse succeeds in the first round: In the next round, expand control by using Mass Confusion on the group of fire or wind elements.
- If the curse fails in the first round: Have the curse user repeat Single Confusion on the same water element to block it from casting resurrection on allies.
- Next Steps: Focus on dealing with the fire element. It is not necessary to kill it immediately; disrupt the situation by reducing the health of the one with the highest health below 50% to prevent self-explosion, then gradually clean up the remaining ones until the stage is cleared.
