Pets sealing system

The “Pet Sealing” system is a way to capture wild pets and make them your companions. To explain it simply, it’s like the system of throwing a “Pokéball” to catch monsters in games like Cross Gate : Mobile.

How does this system work?

1. Key Item: Seal Card

To capture a pet, you can’t just walk up and grab it empty-handed. You need a “Seal Card”, which is generally divided into several levels according to the pet’s grade (e.g., Silver, Gold).

Important Note: Some rare or high-grade pets require higher-level Seal Cards; otherwise, the success rate will be very low or it may not work at all.

2. How to Seal pets in Battle

When you find the desired pet on the map (usually a level 1 pet or one that the system indicates can be captured), follow these steps:

Reduce the target’s HP: Attack the pet until its HP is as low as possible (but be careful not to kill it!). The lower its HP, the higher the chance of successful capture.
Inflict a status effect (if available): Inflicting an abnormal status effect on the monster, such as sleep or freezing, will increase the success rate.
Using a Sealing Card: Select the item use command in your turn, then select a Sealing Card and throw it at the target.

3. Factors Affecting Success:

Pet Level and Grade: High-performing or high-grade pets are naturally harder to catch.

4. Post-Catch Status (Power and Grade):

Upon successful capture, the pet will be added to your inventory. The element of suspense (which is part of the game’s charm) is the “Stats randomization”

Even pets of the same type and level 1 may have different growth rates (BP) or stat grades after capture. Therefore, it’s common to catch many at once to select the pet with the “Best Stats” that can be used for personal use or sold in the market.
