In-Depth Guide to Ingredient Gathering & Cooking – From Apprentice to Royal Chef!
For adventurers seeking a break from combat and a chance to cook, the city of Falan features a “Cooking and Ingredient Gathering” system.
This allows you to forage for natural ingredients to create powerful buffing menus. The system is divided into two main cooking modes: Solo Cooking and Team Cooking (3 people). The challenge increases with your chef rank!
1. Ingredient Gathering🎣
Before you can start cooking, you need ingredients. Gathering tools can be purchased at the shop (one gathering tool per attempt). Gathering methods are categorized as follows:
- 🐟Fishing: Requires a fishing rod.
- 🏹Hunting: Requires a spear.
- 🌾Harvesting Plants: Requires a scythe.
- 🥛Collecting Produce: Requires a water bucket.
🍳Chef Rank Path and System Unlocking
The more you cook, the higher your chef rank will become, unlocking new functions. Here are the levels to help you cook at a high level:
🟢Level 1: Cooking pupil
- Cooking Requirements: You must use the exact ingredients specified in the recipe (can’t mix ingredients freely).
- Helper: While cooking, the screen will display the “Optimal Heat Range” to help you time your cooking more easily.
🔵Level 2: Chef
- Unlock new kitchen utensils: Frying pan, clay pot, and baking tray.
- Unlock “Free Cooking” mode: You can freely mix and match ingredients and kitchen utensils as you like.
- Recipe Discovery System: If the ingredients you randomly add to the pot match an existing recipe in the system, the game will unlock and cook that dish immediately!
🟡Level 3: Master Chef
- Two-Step Cooking Requirements: High-level, complex ingredients. It will require a “two-step” process, and the system will force players with the rank of Master Chef or higher to successfully complete the dish.
🔴Level 4: Royal Chef
- Unlock “Team Cooking” mode.

Upon reaching the Royal Chef level, you can invite friends to join you in creating premium dishes.
The following strict rules apply:
- Party Requirement: A party of 3 members is required to start multi-player cooking.
- Role Division: The system will randomly assign each of the 3 players to be responsible for “one step” in creating the menu.
- Requirements: Team mode “must follow the recipe” (free cooking is not allowed), and all members must bring the ingredients for their assigned portion before starting.
- 🎁Great Reward: Upon completion, each team member will receive one dish (working together means everyone eat together!).
